Petitioner in person present alongwith learned counsel Mr. Name Advocate and DPP Mr.Name Khan for State present.  

         Petitioner Name s/o Name seeks release of Licence Copy No.Ad-999916908 on superdari, being seized by the local police in case vide FIR No. 103 dated 20-04-2022 u/s 20AA of P.S.

         Arguments heard and record perused.

         Perusal of the record reveals that the license copy in question has been taken into possession by local police in the above mentioned case. The petitioner is retainer of license in question. There is no rival claimant of the same. The case property is also no more required to the local police for further investigation.

         For the foregoing reasons, the application of superdari is allowed and the license copy be returned on superdari to the petitioner, if he furnishes bail bonds to the tune of Rs. 40,000/- with two local and reliable sureties each in the like amount to the entire satisfaction of SHO concerned. However, this order shall have no baring upon any criminal liability on petitioner.  Petitioner is directed not to dispose of the license copy in question till disposal of the case. He shall also be bound to produce the same as and when required to the local police or the court.

         Requisitioned record be returned to quarter concerned while file of this court be consigned to record room after its completion and compilation. Copy of this order be placed on Judicial/police file.
